Join me for this very special yoga retreat in  Huzur Vadisi  which is Turkey’s longest established and best-known yoga holiday retreat. Established in 1993, it was the first center of its kind in Turkey. In a secluded mountain valley, surrounded by pine forest, the luxury yurt accommodation nestles amid olive and fig groves. It is an oasis of peace in natural surroundings with fabulous mountain trails from the door step. On the Turquoise coast, the town of Gocek is 15 minute drive away with it’s wonderful and colourful markets. Here there’s an opportunity to take a boat ride and visit the many islands of Gocek.

Tracey Joscelyne has been practicing yoga for 20 years now and it has come to be an increasingly important part of her life. She has been teaching for the past 12 years (British Wheel of Yoga qualification) having trained with Richard Adamo and Devi Fraser-Lewis. She regularly attends yoga workshops throughout the UK, studying with many yogis including David Swenson, Danny Paradise, Manju Jois, Ruth Gilmore, and John Scott.

Tracey has qualified with a distinction in Traditional Thai Massage, having trained with Fiona and Nicola Smith (Bodywisdom, Bristol). She qualified with an Advanced Thai Massage diploma (including massage during pregnancy), training with Kira Balaskas, London. (Both accredited by the Institute of Complementary & Natural Medicines.) She has also studied with Bob Haddad and attended Osteothai courses with David Lutt. She is a member of Thai Healing Alliance.

Tracey also has a small business making natural body products, soaps and perfumes. She lives in the beautiful countryside of North Wales, enjoying the nature of the mountains and sea with husband and three teenagers. An experienced cook with an interest in real food, she caters for private functions and works for Gwynedd County Council.
