A deposit of £250 will secure your place. Early Bird Discount – save £30 when you pay your full balance by June 5th 2020. If you opt to share a yurt with one other you will pay a balance of £495, if you share a triple-bedded yurt it will be only £445. If you would like your own yurt (limited number), the balance will be £655. Please add £30 after 5th June 2020.

Diana invites you to join her for a week-long retreat at magical Huzur Vadisi. Enjoy a nurturing retreat, with gentle yet powerful yoga, nourishing fresh food cooked with love, and plenty of time to restore and revive; and to resolve any issues in your life as you walk in the pine forests, relax by the pool or while away the afternoon in a hammock.

Diana says:

In the morning we will enjoy an energising practice – based on classical yoga: ‘effortless effort’ not boot camp! For those of us who would like to start the day with a silent meditation, there will be an opportunity before the morning asana class. We may include Zen-style sitting as well as walking and guided meditations.

In the afternoon there will be a mixture of yoga nidra, restorative yoga, pranayama, posture work, visualisations and meditations. All designed to bring you a new awareness of who you really are – as well as a healthy, relaxed and strong body, a fulfilled spirit and peaceful mind.

What is the use of a strong flexible body if we live with anxiety, stress and fear? I have also trained in NLP and Spiritual Hypnotherapy and I try where appropriate to bring these techniques and understandings to my teachings – to help us all in whatever way is appropriate for our greatest and highest good.

The retreat is suitable for all – whatever your experience or physical abilities. This is your time, and I will endeavour to help you enjoy your practice and benefit from it to the best of my ability.

Diana, who has yoga teaching diplomas from the British Wheel of Yoga and the Sivananda Vedanta Organisation in India, is a very experienced teacher who has been teaching since 1991 and leading retreats around the world since 2002. She owns and leads holidays at her own residential centre in Kerala Kailasam Yoga, now dividing her time between the UK (Norfolk) and India each year.

Her approach is down-to-earth, creative, fun and caring, with an emphasis on the spiritual aspects of yoga. Running her business in India, teaching and practicing yoga and working alongside the people of Kerala for the past 19 years, has lent an authenticity and wisdom to her teaching.
