‘Come join me for a week of yoga at the beautiful Almeria retreat venue in Southern Spain. The week is filled with wonderful food, yoga, lots of laughs and time off for you to do your own thing. The morning classes (6 days in the week) focusses on a more dynamic practice complemented with a more gentler, restorative afternoon practice (4 days in the week).  Each class you will receive plenty of safe, gentle hands on adjustments to assist to help you in your practice. The classes will be supported with relaxation, meditation and pranayama.  I use modifications and props where needed. My approach is focussed, thorough but relaxed. ’
