Flow and Reflect
Unwind in a peaceful corner of spain, alive with traditional charm and epic beauty.
A chance to step into a week of consistent practice as it layers up and unfolds over the course of the stay.
Expect a 2 hour wake up class first thing which will build to a soft creative style of Vinyasa Flow. Including breathwork, posture work, mudras and mantra all laced together.
Afterwards we head for a delicious breakfast and have some free time to read, swim or wander the grounds in the morning sun.
Then, a more spacious, reflective 75 min Slow Flow class before lunch. Followed by a free afternoon to explore the local village Nijar, take a trip to the beach or just stay close to the house and enjoy the pool.
Supper is followed by a full length Yoga Nidra (Sleep Meditation) before bed.

Ann was first introduced to Yoga whilst training as a dancer at London Contemporary Dance School. The instant improvement she experienced in strength and flexibility made her curious to discover more about Yoga and it’s extensive uses and benefits.
For Ann one of the most exciting aspects of yoga is that it has the potential to recognise the whole of a being. She has trained specifically with this interest and tailors her teaching to embrace this holistic approach.
