The costs below are discounted for EARLY BIRD bookings, prices will rise at the end of NOV 2018.

Budget includes all classes taught, accommodation, and three nourishing meals a day.
A room to yourself: £550 (double bed and en-suite)
A double room: £450 pp (two people sharing and en-suite)
A triple room: £395 pp (three people sharing and en-suite)

To confirm your space a £100 non-refundable deposit is required. Payment plans can also be arranged, with final payment due end of December.

Join us for long weekend of Yoga and Meditation, in the beautiful Huzur Vadisi mid Wales retreat centre.
Running Thursday 28th February to Sunday 3rd March 2019.

All interested yogis are welcome to join us on this retreat in Mid Wales, for 3 leisurely days to nourishing yourself with yoga, meditation and relaxation practices. The yoga will be accessible to all levels including complete beginners.

Claire and Yasmin offer complementary yoga styles, and will be running a balanced programme to assure everybody has time to relax and rejuvenate alongside their yoga.

About Claire
Claire’s teaching style is a combination between her strong Hatha training from her 300hr TT with the BWY (British Wheel of Yoga) and for her love of movement and vinyasa yoga.  Claire originally trained in Freestyle Fitness Yoga after qualifying as an aerobic teacher, gaining her level 2 in fitness to music many   years before.

She has a growing interest of Yoga philosophy and often threads ideas from this study throughout her lesson planning. She takes great pleasure in seeing how yoga can deeply change peoples’ lives. Witnessing people grow in confidence and develop an understanding of self-care is what strives Claire to keep searching for fresh ways to inspire her students within their yoga practice and journey.

 

About Yasmin
Yasmin believes that yoga is truly for everybody, all ages, shapes and abilities. She teaches an open level, warm, inviting hatha yoga flow, which incorporates breath work and meditation to help you release and relax.
Yasmin most recently completed her Yoga Alliance 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Sally Parks (2018). Prior to this she had trained with White Space Studio for Vinyasa Yoga (2016) and originally trained with Wild Lotus Studio from 2013-2016.
Yasmin also teaches alternative yogas such as Hot yoga (Trained with Tri Yoga, 2014)     plus Kids Yoga and Acro Yoga withRainbow Kids Yoga in 2015.

Alongside yoga, Yasmin has a passion for all things aerial. She is trained with, and currently teaches for Spincity Newbury. Certified for Beginners and Intermediate Aerial Hoop (2014 & 2016).
Last but definitely not least, in 2014 Yasmin trained with Aerial Yoga Uk to become an Aerial Yoga teacher.
Using techniques from the wide variety of subjects she is certified in, Yasmin creates classes, workshops and trainings which are fun and accessible to all.
