What people have said about our awesome Almeria venue

ALMERIA VENUE REVIEWS

A big thank you for such a wonderful time last week. I felt that you really looked after us so well. Astrid and the crew were fantastic too.  I had great feedback from all who came. What a super week. Looking forward to next year!

‘Such a wonderful week in the finca, with the house providing a comfortable grandness together with a homely vibe, hard to come by in a yoga  venue, making it somewhere very special.

The easy space and flow of the grounds and yoga shala lends itself to relaxation and well-being.  The natural pool has the softest of water and the food is excellent.

It’s location to the airport, beaches and walking distance to the local village all add to the sense of ease and let go.

While Jane’s care and attention to details allows the perfect holding for teachers to attend to deep practice and the sharing of yoga with a group and for all to feel extremely well looked after

I can highly recommend Finca del Alamo to teachers and students alike.  Delighted to be going back next year and for many years to come I hope.’

Tripadvisor reviews.

This wonderful finca is really so personal and beautifully

decorated. Substantial rooms and spacious terraces with beautiful

views guarantee a sense airy comfort. You will not find a more

pleasurable experience than the laid back approach to life in

Almeria.

The finca is a lovely place to stay, very unique and charming feel

to the decor and ornaments around the place. Very quiet and

secluded but only a 5 min drive to Nijar, a lovely old village well

worth a walk around. Beaches nearby were excellent, very

beautiful and there are several to choose from. As a location is it

great, we made an overnight trip to Granada with ease and would

have visited more places had we been able to stay for longer.

Would definitely visit again.

I stayed here a couple of weeks with some friends and highly

recommend it! The finca is beautifully set. There are many paths to

explore during long walks and lovely little villages and amazing

beaches nearby. Although often we actually preferred to simply

stay at home, lie by the pool and enjoy the gorgeous view over the

surrounding landscape, with the nearby picturesque village and the

mountains. The interior of the house is wonderful, both original and

tasteful, its absolutely charming. Oh, last but not least, the

caretaker makes the most amazing gazpacho, best I’ve ever had

(and I’ve tried a few).

Had an absolutely fantastic time basking in the sun on the local

beaches, enjoying splendid seafood in the fishing ports before

retiring to the finca for expansive evenings on the patio.
Some

great spots for sketching, painting indulging in artistic activity or

simply walking among the figs and pomegranate trees. Several

lovely ceramics potteries in the local pueblo…and there are a few

bars too.
