Summer in your Body is an opportunity to experience how Scaravelli-inspired yoga encourages the heart space to open, allowing us to truly connect to ourselves and others.
Spending time with yourself occupying your body and the present moment gives the mind the space it needs to quieten, and this meditative break from the noise of day to day living brings clarity to our lives. Through facing our challenges with equanimity, we become familiar with our habits and tendencies in the mind as well as the body and start to begin to recognise behaviours and responses that may not be serving our higher interests. In the recognition, we get a chance to change.
Your days will be enriched by sunshine, fresh air, healthy home-cooked food and the relaxed routine of morning and late afternoon classes. You will be able to enjoy the precious gifts of time and space as you to come home to your true nature, absorb the effects of the yoga and make the most of freedom from the pressures of 21st century living.
Tuesday teaches the morning class as a guided practice and Marc offers an afternoon workshop, exploring themes connected to the morning’s session.
There will be a free day when a group outing can be organised to local coastal villages and beaches.
